Frederikssund Esport is looking for a Valorant coach for our Academy Team (high Immortals). The teams is among the best teams in Europe under 16 years, and they have the skills, commitment and drive to make it big within Valorant.
You will be helping our ambitious players with team strats and individual development.

• You must be dependable and ambitious as a coach.
• You must be skilled at analysing games, planing strats and explaining yourself. Most likely, you have experince as IGL or coach for other teams at top immortal or radiant level.

The job is for coaching and VOD review 2 x 2 hours per week and possibly one bootcamp in Denmark every six months.
The job is payed according to qualifications.
